Animal Wildlife Trappers Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License – With No At-Fault Accidents in Last 3 Years, No DUIs.
- Note: Commercial Auto Insurance Requires Drivers Be 21 Or Older.
- Clean Background & Driving Record – We Background Search in All 50 States.
- High School Diploma or GED – Proof Required.
- Drug-Free Workplace – We Drug Test.

Wildlife Removal Technician
Position Summary:
Customer service and great communication is key. This job and opportunity is for a self-motivated individual.
Enter our company in an entry-level position, learning the ins-and-outs of Wildlife trapping. Learn how to identify Wildlife species. Learn to apprehend critters and remove them from customers’ homes. The majority of our work revolves around; Rats, Squirrels, Raccoons, Opossums, and Bats – however, we do deal with other types of wildlife too. After the animals have been removed; we provide the repairs to the structure to make sure the animal cannot re-enter after we are gone. Training will last for 30-60 days, depending on performance. During training, you will ride with one of our experienced Sales Technicians or Wildlife Removal Technicians who will provide training on multiple different critters (in multiple different scenarios). Your trainer(s) will teach you how to :
- Safely drive a company-provided pickup truck from appointment to appointment.
- Use the company-provided iPad to schedule appointments & followups, navigate from property to property, as well as collect payments, and provide receipts to customers when needed.
- Inspect a home for critter activity.
- Identify the target critter based on evidence from your inspection.
- Remove the animal from the home using industry-leading technology.
- Seal up a structure so that critters cannot re-enter in the future.
- Troubleshoot more difficult critter issues on existing customers homes
- Handle live animals in traps using the provided PPE.
Sales Technician
Position Summary:
Start each morning at the office. Check-in with the Operations Manager, review your previous day’s performance, review the current day’s schedule of appointments, plan your gap time, and head out for the day in your company truck. Inspect properties for new sales, deal with the customer on a personal basis, and provide them with an estimate over our iPad sales system.
You will be expected to sell our services, then provide the work after the sale using tools and equipment provided by the company. We expect you to represent our company with a professional image at all times – our goal is to make all of our customers RAVING fans.
Previous experience with trapping wildlife: rats, squirrels, opossums, raccoons, etc are all welcomed skills to have – however we will provide on the job training to make sure the services provided are to our standards.
Previous experience with outside sales is preferred but not required. We can teach and coach people to sell. All new hires are on a 90-day probational period.
